BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located in the 500 block of Julian Road, being off the southwest line of Julian Road northwest of State Line Road. An unplatted tract, being part of the property described in deed book 3613, page 891, R.O.H.C. To find the true point of beginning of said unplatted tract, start on the southwest line of Julian Road some 1436.57 feet northeast, then northwest, of the intersection of the northwest line of Julian Road with the northwest line of State Line Road, thence southwest some 1316.12 feet to the northwest line of State Line Road, thence southwest some 107.5 feet with State Line Road to the true point of beginning, thence continuing southwest some 207 feet with State Line Road to the Tennessee-Georgia State Line, thence southwest some 697 feet with said state line, thence northeast some 119 feet, thence northeast some 291 feet, thence northeast some 267 feet, thence southeast some 310 feet, thence southwest some 103 feet, thence southeast some 236 feet, thence southwest some 144.46 feet to the northwest line of State Line Road, the true point of beginning.
